How do you choose Russia and/or Uruguay, I can only select from Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Ireland, Italy, N.Ireland, Scotland, Spain and Wales. Where you select a Nation I selected England, could this be why?

Brilliant thanks for all the help everyone and I don't think I will be my favourite team, I support Darlington who play in the Blue Square Premier and I think they'll be to hard to start off with but great advice for someone who does support a Championship/Premier League team.
