Player instructions always seem to interfere with team instructions, so I haven't put player instructions on any of my tactics and I seem to have more success playing without players instructions

They've made the editor so people can use it to make their experience more fun :D

The star rating in the report cards don't really matter. What really matters is good stats and I know Timo Werner's got great stats, that's why he is a very good performer. I've had tons of players before who were below 2.5 stars but were able to perform well, because of their good stats

It depends. But I recommend using the oi's on the strikers. If they play with 2 strikers, close down the one that poses a bigger threat. U could do that or use oi's on the wingers and the striker
