There are 2 main formations I use and they are both completely filled in all catogories yet the Match prepration takes 30% of my players training which is just a waste, so how do I stop or at least decrease the percentage of Match Preperation??? Thanks

Yeah he gets a lot of assist in my game too, I looked at my coaching staff and they seem to suck so Im making a lot of staff changes hope that helps. I play 4-4-2 Diamond so I dont have wingers and that system just seem to fit the players but thanks anyway.
