How do I change the nationality of some players?

I there any way I can change the nationality of some players without using the editor?(I want to maek the changes in an old save)

the player has to reside in the country and then has to choose which country he wants to play for.

dont need him for the national team, I just need him to not count for the international limit.

You can use FMRTE too edit games you are currently playing, you can do just about anything on there really, so I would use that. However, it has too be downloaded off the net
