That is high. If it is CPU temp that is reaching that level I would seriously get it checked out. Temps vary depending on the spec of the machine, but in any case touching 90-100, especially 100 is crazy high

Switching between like tactics screen and news inbox is sluggish. Even just picking a team and picking their roles is laggy. Was absolutely fine before new update, so it's definitely the issue. Deleted all recommended folders, still very sluggish changing through various screens.
