"Making tactical changes" since transfer update

Since the update whenever I issue a touchline shout or make a sub during game, "Making tactical changes" seems to take longer than previous to do what i asked

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah same here, It takes a while for mine to do it, I just thought it was my laptop since it's not brilliant.
