I have downloaded the costa rican league now so I will be starting it again. I presume with the league running and me just managing the national side will develop the players slightly more than no league running then? Ideally I would like the teams to upgrade their youth/training facilities but...

I tried doing this but when I downloaded the leagues (cant remember what download I used) it messed up the international side of things. No matches could be played. Friendlies would just get ignored and would go past the date with no match being played. World cup qualifiers would never happen...
