It's fantastic as is. I would be very reluctant to change anything. Iv'e played with it across 4 seasons and absolutely smashed it with favourites, underdogs and plugged it into teams that don't have suitable players and it's still over performed. Outstanding, just outstanding!

I'll do a quick test on an EPL team to see how it goes using the 23.4 (latest) database. Can't see how the results would differ that much. If you use the correct training, team talks, manage players well in terms of morale and fitness and select those suitable for the tactic and game manage...
