i think that the lack of harmony is a question in the press conference, as soon as the person says it discipline them. that way it only gets there morale down and not the rest of the teams :)

I would have to agree with Srna, Alternatively Behrami from West Ham, he does well for me, and considerably cheaper. As for FC i would recommend Gignac, he has always done well for me.
