Its crazy that there isn't a feature that shows you their improvements in stats like a green upwards arrow or red downwards arrow next to stats that have gone up or down. Or a feature that shows you month by month the ups and downs in their stats. Unless I am missing something??

Im interested to know how you track the improvements of your player. How you know they are better? How you know they are playing at their peak? how you know they are going to make the grade? and how you monitor improvements of their stats.
