Recently I brought Jermaine Defoe from Tottenham second season into the game. He's failed to make an impact and his ratings a frequently around 6.5 What instructions can I give him, preferably playing him as a lone striker as I only have one other striker and thats Robbie Earnshaw. Cheers :)

Sorry if this was asked already but I couldn't find it. On my game I keep getting offered international managment jobs and I accept. However I don't get the job and they just keep asking me even though I keep accepting? What is the problem here I don't understand it. I am playing as Man City on...
