Ive given up and started the game again with Crawley Town and i at last have a reserve team.
Just a shame i had to give up on 7 long hard season because of this.
Doesn't seem like the worst thing in the world but trust me when all your players on the bench and reserves are constantly unfit then...

i had this problem mate, click on FM in the top right hand corner, then preferences
then go into display and sound and tick the stadiums and crowd boxes etc
oh ok easy as that?
So I would go and make a boardroom request for a reserve unit?

Im in my 7th season as Wrexham manager (and am now in the championship!) and every pre season i accept the invitation to enter a team into the reserve league, it says the invitation has been accepted...
