RB Leipzig have a future manager transfer, so what would happen if you are managing them?

When I choose the option loan to affiliate, the option screen for duration and position no longer appears. Instead it automatically offers the player a one month loan. Does anyone know how I can rectify it?

I have been playing with Napoli and I am up to January 1st place best def in the league. There is one issue though, my players constantly get suspended for reds and excess yellows. Any help on how I can combat this without an impact on my defensive record?
