Gallas is as slow as sh*te. If you saw the Kiev game you'd know what I mean, at one stage he showed Bangoura far too much space and almost gifted them the lead. Having a *** doesn't exactly promote elite fitness. ;)

Stop signing wonderkids that can't adApt to your country/language? Usually the best way to fix this kind of problem, no matter who the player, is winning.

That certainly never seems to work for me, it's a formation I used to use a lot in 06 with some success. These days I find far too many holes exposed in my midfield with wingers and one midfielder with full attack mentality. If it works for you, however, keep up the good work.
