How to adapt a player?

Does anyone know how to adopt player to my team, I bought some players and they have serious problem with adopting... Some players scored goal and adopted, but others..... Tips???

Stop signing wonderkids that can't adApt to your country/language? Usually the best way to fix this kind of problem, no matter who the player, is winning.
