Yes, you have fixed it, but you'll have less teams. If the game gives you an error, that it has found less teams than required it means some teams aren't loaded.

Works fine by me. If you have other editor files with many new teams created (or competitions) than it may be the two won't work together.

You should change the number of rounds to 1. I never done it, but I see that in advance rules. And you should go through all rules, even those fixtures rules above league 1 in the advance menu, maybe you'll have to change from 2 to 1 on a several occasions. You have to change country rules in the editor. You must go to advance though. Than you can change pretty much everything. Even remove registration, like Italy. :)

The only guys who can make that are sports interactive. It's impossible to change game date, football rules and so many other things. Unless you're a programmer (a pretty **** good one) and make a game yourself. :D Maybe someone can just make a skin that looks like this one. ;)
