Change UEFA Champions League rules

Anyone know how I do this? I want to remove fair play regulations, change the squad registration rules, edit Country Coefficients etc.

How do i do this through the editor? I couldn't find it anywhere, only changing the rules for domestic competition is what I found. Thanks.

I found my answer after browsing the SI forum. Maybe mods here will keep this up for other people who want to change ChL rules.

1. exit editor
2. start editor and editor will load game database itself
3. go to "competitions" section on left side of screen
4. find european champions cup trough filter options
5. when filter find that competition double click on it
6. set "serbia" (f.e.) nation for that competition
7. go to "add nation rules" option
8. select "serbia
9. select "add lower divisions"
10. convert to advanced rules

now you will see european champions cup side by side serbian default competitions.
