What's your most favourite thing about football manager?

I'm with Leicester and need some ideas for wingers to buy, any suggestions?

I installed FM 2005 on my laptop and when i inserted the disk and i installed it and clicked on install in english but after the game installed and loaded up the languague was in turkish and i didn't know what to do or press! Any suggestions?
