I disagree about the saves. I'm part way through my 4th season now in my save and I think I've had around 80 saves. After my game crashing when I was responding to some transfer rumours and losing around 8 played matches, I now save every couple of week or so.

Season 1 - Got lucky in the Blue Square Prem playoffs in my first season. Finished 5th but won the final for a surprising promotion to division 2.

Thanks for the reply. Managed to get turn around the results. I think the combination of several new players and new tactics meant they didn't know what they were doing. Once they got used to the tactics the results started to come. Climbed the table to finish 10th playing some nice football too!
I got promoted from BSP to Division 2 and asked my board to improve our training facilities. They agreed but nothing happened until after season 2. Now construction is underway and due to be finished in Nov of season 3.
