I am building my custom nation with custom league, replacing San Marino. But there still are the San Marino's surnames, even if I delete every people from SM. I think the names and surnames are in an external file (should be "basic_people_db.dat"). There is a way to edit this file? With which tool?

There's a way to use custom editor data in Classic mode? The FM 2013's way is not working anymore...
