Anybody knows how? I cant for some reason .. because mostly the board rejects because of not meeting their valuation of the player. I have had this before... it doesnt look like a bug but its weird and there must be a way.

I tweak the tactic during games a bit too to adjust to oponents accordingly.. but i believe the foundation is good.
i would post screens but still figuring out how :)
This might be related to "what team should i pick" but i wanted to pick a team that has a meaning, like for ex. (and this is based on some facts imo and personal opinion).
These are just some teams i "think" i know what they mean:
In Portugal i associate:
Benfica -> the team from the people...
