you can not steal youth now as you could do in previous versions of fm. I think they have done it right. I always used to steal best players in previous versions.
For DC go for Marquinhos or Laporte. In ST you may go for vietto. I have played 10 seasons with utd. Rashford and Martial both will get you 20+ goals. N also look to give angel gomes and fosu mensah a chance. They are simply superb in the game.
