I'm using tuggs training remade for FM11. I have FMscout and it tells me a lot of my players have another 15 or 25 to go before they are peaking some of them have a around 40 to 60. The most annoying thing about this is I have strikers still not going over 15 for finishing and certain players...

i can vouch for Raikens007 tactic it is defence SOLID!!! I lol when they run up agaisnt Kompany then have to watch them try to beat rossi and breno after that! Only trouble I am having is the lone striker I have Vossen/Okaka/griffiths And none of them can hit a barn door in lone striker.

The rotation is working fine now - Though I hate plomping a weaker player in for a leading star etc... Im only a little short on midfield as one of my lads has buggered off to cameroon on ID...

Good defenders are easy to come by in FM11, Fantastic defenders sadly all have HUGE wage bills and massive transfer fees to accompany them. I consider 60k The most I will spend on a players wages if that helps. I have Kompany, Breno (crazy little brazilian) Rossi, anton ferdinand (can also...

I looked over my fixtures and realised that my players are becoming tired, i have qualified for the euro cup - and notice its not for nearly a month and a half I dont have a game for less than 3 or 4 days, and they are all prem games bar the FA-cup, this isn't right surly? :O

This tactic is pretty poor for me gave it a run out of 5 games and just leaked goals like no tomorrow, you all must sign 20mil plus players for this over rated junk to work... No offence intended.

Currently "Ghosts tactic" and "Brobs pass n move" work well with leeds. It wont guarantee anything amazing though. Unless like the rest of this lot every player you sign is 15m plus...

Im on FM11 and have noticed inconsistency's with Whats supposed to be said, It does improve players performances though but does not guarantee like this wolf bloke is saying a win every-game.

Im running V3 on 1.2 old I know, If anything Im a mid table team who gets turned over by bigger sides (I have a strong side) more often than not, rarely have a clean sheet, I get about 100 corners a game only for my CB (best jumper and heading) to rise above everyone and aim it at the goal...
