I think altering the team instructions is very important with this tatic, I use it with my Tottenham team when playing at home and with the right tweeks and alterations there no stopping them.. After a season of swapping changing and adjusting sliders it works a treat haha

I picked him up on my Tottenham file but like 5 seasons in and with the right players around him he is deadly... scored 22 in 17 games this season for me... I advise having other Brazilian players in your team to help him settle.. I play Bernard attacking mid and they seem to link up...

Tend to go for a mixture, a sqaud with a couple of superstars and a couple of older players to use as tutors. Then try to bring through youth while having a few average "sqaud players"

When taking a job in a country you havnt managed in or have as your additional language you should be able to use your earnings on a translator or say i went to italy i could spend money having italian lessons so i can comunicate with my players better
