You may have overlapping config files - or some are missing. It's a pain to investigate that stuff yourself. But you can open the config files using notepad and skim through by turning on the unique number option in your game preferences and cross referencing them with notepad using ctrl+F
I like the idea mate. Only thing I would suggest is taking the club badge out - As we all know players move A LOT when we play FM ;).
