Decisions is the first attribute I look at for any player. If I am playing with a leading team in a top division. I will not sign unless at least 14-15 What's not a decision ??

I agree with most of this If you have 2 good goalies I tend to give them a three game run in the team as their match fitness lasts a load longer than out field players.. I would replace the words Strongest / weakest with older / younger. And huge /small with away and home . Sooooo..,, For...

In first season using w4nkers 4-1-4-1 tactic playing as a CF but in support role

Had a bit of a wobble using the 4-1-4-1 since the 14.0.3 update. Not losing games but a few draws creaping in.

All good up to now on my Linux (ubuntu) classic game. Certainly feels quicker even with 3 leagues compared to fm13 on same processor. Love the new skin. Has an apple iOS7 feel about it......but not in VGA 8-colour mode apple use ;) assistant manager certainly has more input during the game...
