Somebody with a good LLM tactic from around the world?

Promoted now to division 8th or something and losing every game again :( The teams are not much better then us.

Which tactic is the best for LLM teams that play in like the 7th or 8th division? I use tactics like Phoenix but we are struggling, especially in away games when the opponent gets to many chances.
