I need to know the basics off getting good youth players coming through. What are the basics to this, as my club does bring youth through, but never amazing players. ?

Basically, I need and im sure others need a tactic that is defensive. This is for lower division sides who keep losing. Anyone got a tactic that can stop this and help club progress. Im with Barnet at the moment and its embarrassing. Played 12 Won 2 Drawn 2 Lost 8. CHEERS (h)

A Watford Tactic is needed that is basic and can move me ujp, i need one to not concede many goals as this seems to be my main problem, i do well at home and then when it comes to away matches we just seem to keep falling behind?
