Not entirely sure how you have a budget of £60mil, but okay... A new right-back is a priority. Sime Vrsaljko is your best bet: he's good enough for the first team already, and will only get better. Sell Alex and buy a better CB, like Hummells (or if it's the January mod, perhaps sell Ivanovic...

Regen. Type in the stats you want (high passing, etc.) into Player Search and see who comes up.

Yaroslav Rakitsky CD, Romario RB Romulo DM Plenty of good CMs in Europe, get some good scouts. Darwin Quintero ST (if you don't already have him). Also, if you're in your third season, look for regens. Some good ones should have come through already.

Sidnei Lobo is good. Ricky Sprangia (?) is a great assistant manager for Championship clubs, starts out as a scout for Man City. Steve Thompson at Blackpool is worth a shot, too.

Di Natale is 34. Seriously, go for Quintero. The guy is stupidly good.
