I think they don't agree with the mutual termination, you just dont receive a message telling you that they dont. You can however just terminate their contract :)

my wage budget is €1.1m and i have only spent €840k

Trying to loan Javi Garcia with Stoke. City wants me to contribute 50% of his wage but I'm not able to do so. Surely it can't be the homegrown player thing or the total expense, i currently have about €20m transferbudget. any ideas?
