Quite a dilemma Ive got here..
I have this absolute beast of a regen, but as youll notice, his pace is horrendous.
How can I improve his pace and acceleration ? Ive already edited his training, to intensive aerobic and strength training.
I need to dramatically focus on raising my youngsters pace/acceleration. How can I do that through training ? Has there been a proven way, or has anyone done this succesfully ?
