Realist personality

One of my new English regen hot prospects has a realist personality. Never seen this before... does anyone know what it means ?

Ive also searched for other personality threads but there isnt one about explaining them.

I was wondering where Resilient stands in comparison to Leader and Professional ?

Realist means they are realistic about the club and it's ambitions and how well they can do.

Resilient means that they will never give and always try to win whether losing 1 nil or 7 nil.
