Question for those doing Journeyman, I've downloaded Claasens lower league database and started a save, however. All my low league teams squads are mostly greyed out, the players are all no value no information apart from the odd one or two which have normal stats and value? What am I doing...
Getting battered with this tactic in my 2nd season with Fulham, got promoted from the championship but had a few losses. Anyone having similar problems? Tactic doesn't dominate posession and I create an equal number of clear cut chances but other teams seem to be more clinical.
Not doing great for me so far, using Oxford and the tactics is basically fluid but just keep conceding headers from crosses

I had this problem I think, it occured when I had offered a load of contracts to players and they were waiting on being signed, I think once a few of the contracts get signed it should allow you to adjust it again, and offer more money too players.
I used the Player Instructions tweak, finished 2nd in the premier league with Leicester in my second season. Kramaric scored 45 goals in the premier league
