Right click the start menu, click task manager. Click on "more details" (if you already haven't before), scroll down and in "background processes" look for Steam. Right click and "end task" Start the game again as normal and it should open no problem.

Just a quick question about reputation decline and finances. I've downloaded an English pyramid system and put Celtic FC in the lowest of the low and I'm wondering if there will be any long term effects on the clubs reputation and finances?
