Celtic FC in County Divisions League 1

Just a quick question about reputation decline and finances.

I've downloaded an English pyramid system and put Celtic FC in the lowest of the low and I'm wondering if there will be any long term effects on the clubs reputation and finances?

Depends how quick they get out and make cash.. you'll be losing money and rep straight away unless you released all the players.. playing in a less reputable league will drop your rep down bit by bit till you climb the tables..
