Like the title says, when I start a new game and go to do the final configuration it doesnt appear, I have tried doing it by loading one league, no databases and it doesnt appear, any idea what it could be?

Im about to start a new game with CSKA Moscow and have very little idea of what tactics to use and who to sign, I know what players NOT to sell (Akinfeev, Love etc.) but was just looking for advice on the best tactic to use and good players to sign. Thanks.

Is there a Chelsea facepack that has the cutout faces from the new megapack? Id rather not download the new megapack as I only want the Chelsea faces and not really interested if a player has grown a beard or anything. I would do it myself but dont have what is needed to do it on my computer.
