Wow can't believe the lack of help on these boards sometimes. I'm sorry nobody has replied to this question. I'm sure people know the answer.

Nobody knows whether there is any point in having excess staff? There are currently 5 staff members that I may as well lay off if there is no point. That means FM thinks that United should tactically lay off 5 staff because they're of no use. Right?

Just got FM14 and started new save. Was wondering, as i checked coaches scheduled. There are 9 categories for training. I've started with 10 coaches, so that means that there are more coaches than categories. As far as the stars show, there is never any benefit to having more than one coach...

How often does that happen? Cos it's not polar opposite to real life is it? The lesser team never seems to need as many shots to bag their goals.

Yep, really pathetic. You know it's mental how they can make such a great sim, but have stupid little unrealistic messes like this. I wonder if they have some sort of answer. You won't get many on this board.

First time this has ever happened. Randomly go onto the transfer list, 3 players with a 200million asking price. All terrible players by the way, and all at different clubs. Stupid Football Manager.
