Hey i am trying to see if i can make west brom a brilliant team and i cant really see a good tactic to use for them nor what players to buy. Pls help as at would be muchly appreciated :)

I installed via disc onto steam and it all worked apart from i cant get on the data editor. I AM CONFUZLED! Please post with suggestions in ways i can either find, resolve or just general help my way through this problem. thanks :D
