are you by any chance talking about google chrome trying to open these files as soon as they're downloaded? it's so weird this happened to me yesterday windows gives you an error that there are no apps that supports this kind of file or something like that. to solve that go to chrome...

Wow, yes that's a lot of money =). I think you can use FMRTE or Genie Scout to modify your facilities? Don't have any idea how to though.

Is this a known bug? I have never encountered something like this before.

Upgrading facilities might cost you around €5m if i remember correctly (depending on their level). Does the club have that kind of money? Or it just might be stuck in an endless loop.
