I have had it on Very High for a while now and it has started to go up.

Yeah, I know, it has started going up now anyway. Also, I can't adjust how any of the team play eg. Attack,Support, Defence.

I have a question about the tactic. I have been using it for a while now,it has been going great, but the familiarity isn't going up? Is it just me or does this happen to everybody?

I have tried this tactic for a few games now, and I am still not getting the results I need. I can't understand what I am doing wrong to be losing almost every game this season :(

Since I have been struggling a lot lately I decided to use this tactic for a match. It didn't go well, I lost 6-2. However I did see some positives in the teams performance overall so I am going to use it again and see what I can make out of it.

I am using this tactic with Hendon in the Blue Square South. It didn't start well, we didn't win a game for 9 games...But, the team had to familiarise with the formation which may have been the reason for the bad start. After the first win, we will now try to pick up more wins using this tactic.
