Getting seriously annoyed with U21 and U18 managers. You set them to "Use first team tactics", but the only thing they use is the formation. They ignore the roles you set, the team instructions, the player instructions. Absolutely ridiculous.

Opposition instructions are HUGELY important. It has nothing to do with telling your opponents what to do, it has everything to do with telling your players how to handle certain opponents.

No offence, but I wouldn't recommend downloadable tactics for a new player to the series, or for anybody if I'm honest. You learn a lot more creating your own tactics, it's also much more satisfying if and when they work.
