Going to try this, didn't play FM17 so I'm not so much against strikerless versions. I used to play strikerless tactics on FMO, so this brings back some fun memories.

Maybe you missed the window. It's always been possible to 'steal' youth on trial. Also, not sure which league you're talking about, maybe some leagues have different procedures (?) because in England youth come in March if I'm not wrong, and I've stolen youth from top teams almost every time.

Any news on when the testing will start?

I actually wish I had ss the £128mil offer for Dolberg. Haven't seen one even remotely close for a while now.

I got a 128mil instant cash offer for Kasper Dolberg 2nd season in the game from Real Madrid. I declined, but that's been the highest so far.

I bought 8 so far in my 2-3 seasons at Liverpool. All young, about to break into my main team (for sub roles).

I don't understand the hate for this. If it works then who cares? If you don't like it then move along, there are many other tactics to choose from.

Why would you get all of them? Don't FMRTE and FMSE basically do the same thing? I think the only necessary one is Genie, but down the line - when you've played through atleast 1 save without outside help (imo 1st save should always be vanilla, to get the complete football manager experience)...

I'm 14-15 hrs into my save and in April now. I've also started holidaying between games (unless I have contracts to give, players to make happy etc.)

Going to try this - any specific player traits I should prioritize?

Just joined, been my first league in many many years - hopefully I won't get bored this time :P
