What tactic do you use for your Man U team?

Well I done well last season when I had Naughton and Santon on loan but they're not interested in making it permanent. So maybe a similar players to them 2 and a CM like Cairney or Adam. ST Need a poacher. I've also solved the AML/R problem with Bebe on loan again.
