So in my third season with Reading I am riding high in January with 50 Points from 20 games and 1st place.
As my target at the start of the season was only mid table I have been given an additional 11M to spend now in January.
Current team
So the question is how should I spend that 11M, which positions and who? I play 4-2-2-2 with 2 CM's and 2 wingers.

Also if anyone knows how to get a player a Work Permit in this situation. I signed him on deadline day in the summer and didn't have time to appeal the work permit, which would have been accepted. Now he won't open contract talks(which I think resets the process of getting a work permit) Now what can I do?
