Interesting tactic. First time seeing one with play out of defense and do that kind of result. Have you tested the result without play out of defense?

I wonder if narrow tactics are more effective. Or maybe winger tactics lost more points than narrow after recent patch.

That'd explain a lot behind long bombs in FM23. Its just weird seeing this coming from FM13,15,17 myself. Doesn't feel like simulation of real football. But thats just me.
