Hi mate. This same bug is driving me doo-lally nuts. I have 2 of your tactics all set nicely but i have a 3rd tactic which moves the CWB's up to attacking wingers.. well as soon as i choose that tactic all my other tactics suddenly mix up the player instructions.. one winger gets the DLP...
One thing I noticed from your screenshots there mate is that Rocco Placentino (the Tutor) is Canadian.
You might find that even if his reputation was say Continental when you signed him, as soon as he landed in Germany it could well have nosedived to Local .

1. Tutor must have a higher squad status than Tutee, and Tutee must be 'Squad Rotation' or lower
