Sometimes the day after a match I like to give my players a day off to rest. When I select the rest for one day option, the 'rst' icon appears next to the players but it's still there over 24hrs later. Why?

I'm too lazy to set my match prep to team blend then change it to another area a day before each match so I just keep the special focus area on one area all the time, which atm is Team Blend. However now my *** man says 'current players would be willing to die for each other' is it now pointless...
