Team Blend

I'm too lazy to set my match prep to team blend then change it to another area a day before each match so I just keep the special focus area on one area all the time, which atm is Team Blend. However now my *** man says 'current players would be willing to die for each other' is it now pointless keeping focus on team blend until I make new signings?

I'd look at where your team is weakest...where are you conceeding goals?

Adjust it accordingly...for example maybe you have a great attack but poor defense use "defensive positioning" and if your defense is your strong point use "atacking movement".

Conceeding from coners and freekicks use "defending set pieces"
not scoring from corners or freekicks can be because of two reasons I have found..1) Your corner setup my need tweaking. 2) You need to get your players to work on it through "attacking set pieces".

Thats what I have done with it, but I always let my team stay on "team blend" until my tactic is totally fluid, then weed out the weaknesses.
