To be honest bud, you could probably use 442 and everything on default and still win everything with barca, so please test with atleast a mid table team. Johnny
Im using a 433 formation it works very well, 2.3 goals a game and only 0.5 conceded so its good tactic. the games of lost in the league were a 1-0 away at westbrom and a 2-0 away at spurs (they got a very good team), so its 2 away games which makes me think i need to work on my motivation...

I have to say that it is definitely more satisfying winning in this FM than previous ones, maybe due to the fact you can't use a super exploit tactic anymore. It's case of a love, hate relationship with this game at the moment.
Just thought I'd post a quick thank you, before using your tactic I couldn't find any consistency and was conceding a lot of goals (was scoring a few though). As soon as I seen it on the forum I thought hhhmm that would suit my Cardiff team, now I hardly ever conced a goal, I score way more...
There's no team in the world that actually play exactly like barca, as they are the only team that probably have 2 of the best midfielders of a generation. Also unless you get similar players to xavi, iniesta etc you are not going to get the same sort of football. I too have had frustrations...
Any ideas on searching for basque players? I know you can sign u16 Spanish players, but actually trying to sign basque region players is hard. Is there a way of telling your scouts what to look for?.

I'm Cardiff city in the prem, I'm in my 6th season and finished 3rd twice and 2 nd last year and tv money has gone down each season. The club reputation has gone up loads in the last 4 years so I don't know why I'm not getting more tv money?? Do I have to win the prem a few times before it...
