does anybody know the tool used to edit finances in game ? its not he real time editor i'm after its a tool that u load up then select a drop down to football manager then put your finances in and then you can change the figures.

anyone got a saved game including scotland, england and a few other leagues where a tycoon has took over and of the teams :D ?
why i try downloading these and then loading them up i get the error ' save game could not be loaded ' I have tried about 5 of the downloads and i get the same for all!!!!!!!!!!!
any ideas ?
Im currently the scotland boss and rangers have a few foreign players who have gained british
nationality, am I able to call them up after a certain length of time ?
